• Maintain equipment in a safe condition.

• Assess and control risks associated with our activities.

• Ensure competent staff and contractors are used.

• Prevent accidents and work-related ill health.

• Continuously improve our health and safety performance.

Responsibilities

Company Responsibilities

Strong Stages Ltd will:

• Carry out risk assessments where required.

• Ensure all equipment is inspected and maintained.

• Provide suitable training and supervision.

• Supply appropriate PPE where necessary.

• Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures.

Client Responsibilities

The client shall:

• Provide a safe and suitable installation area.

• Inform Strong Stages Ltd of hazards and site restrictions.

• Ensure crowd control measures are in place.

• Ensure the stage is not overloaded.

• Follow all safety instructions issued by Strong Stages Ltd.

Weather Conditions

Strong Stages Ltd reserves the right to:

• Suspend installation works.

• Delay installation.

• Stop performances.

• Evacuate stages.

• ​

Where weather conditions create an unacceptable risk.

The safety of staff, performers and the public takes priority over event continuity.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of:

• Severe weather

• Structural concerns

• Fire

• Medical emergency

• ​

Strong Stages Ltd reserves the right to halt all activity until conditions are deemed safe.
